Adam McLaren is the chef and owner behind McLaren Fine Foods in Weybridge. We reviewed their sandwiches a few weeks back and declared them the best in the county.
Before starting a family business in Surrey with his wife, Adam worked as an Executive Chef in London, including stints in rosetted restaurants.
